In a hospital/clinic scenario, it is a requirement that paramedic can connect to the Doctor for consultation or medical advice for the patient. This type consultation is mediated by paramedial staff. It is actually Health worker to RMP model as per Govt. of India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
