While editing a patient profile, there is an option to add a picture; however, the cropping feature is not available. Due to the absence of a cropping facility, the uploaded image often appears distorted or improperly aligned. After uploading, the patient’s image is not visible anywhere else on the platform, except when editing the patient profile. This raises the question of usability — if the uploaded photo is not displayed in other relevant sections (such as the patient list, consultation summary, or dashboard), it limits its practical use and defeats the purpose of adding a profile picture. Action Request: Please enable a cropping tool during image upload and ensure that the patient’s picture is displayed across key sections (profile view, appointment list, consultation screen, etc.) to enhance both usability and visual identification.
