I am facing challenges with the digitization process of handwritten prescriptions during onboarding. Specifically: There is no option to save the handwritten prescription in the actual A4 size for record-keeping, which is essential for proper documentation. After the prescription is digitized, the output format does not match the original prescription size and layout (A4 size and the doctor’s branded format), which impacts the professional appearance and brand value. I believe minor setting corrections or customization options regarding page size and formatting could resolve this usability issue. Please provide a solution or customization options that enable saving and exporting digitized prescriptions exactly in A4 size and in a format that aligns with the original prescription layout to improve user-friendliness and brand consistency.
