in billing kindly make an improvement such that when the patient consultation is over, all the services offered like consultation, medicine, nebulisation, dressing etc which are entered by the doctor must be auto entered in the invoice and this invoice must then be visible to the receptionist, who shall then collect the fees as displayed and the receptionist must have option to enter the mode of payment etc so that after the payment is made the payment receipt is also generated . at present the billing and amount collection is only in control of either the doctor or the receptionist and not both. once you make this feature, bill will be generated by doctor, he will have the option to collect amount and enter but this will also be available with the receptionist
